Touchdown Building Services is a dynamic business, offering a wide range of building cleaning, maintenance services, and energy saving solutions. We are specialists in accessing high exterior parts of buildings using industrial ropes, boom lifts (EWP’s) and ladders. We work with both building managers and executive committees providing competitive quotes with a quick turnaround. We have extensive experience in Canberra, including ongoing work with several Federal Government buildings and other iconic buildings in the ACT region.

Our operators are in-house, highly skilled and thoroughly trained. All industrial rope-work is undertaken by Australian Rope Access Association (ARAA) qualified operators and meet the AS44.88 standard and all WorkCover requirements. We have a team supervisor assigned to each job site and prioritise a high standard of safety and professionalism. We take pride in our work and make it our goal to meet your needs.
